KYO Account Registration

Registering on www.kyoappliances.com not only makes your shopping experience smooth & speedy, but also gives you numerous benefits, such as:

  • Saves time on your future purchases, as you don’t have to enter your details every time you make a purchase
  • Allows for checking the status of your orders at any time
  • Allows for checking the history of your purchases

Don’t have a KYO account yet?! Here’s how you can get one in 2 easy steps:

  1. Visit  www.kyoappliances.com/register. Click on the link or copy/paste it in your browser.
  2. Click on the ‘Register’ tab, select ‘Create Account,’ fill in your details, and hit ‘submit.’ You will receive an email for account confirmation, click on the confirmation link in email & get shopping on KYO!

You can change your password and payment details any time under the “My Account” tab. To do so, click on your username at the top section under “My Account.”

If you cannot remember your password, you can recover it easily under the “Forgot Password” section in My Account. Once you enter your email address, we’ll send you an email with a verification code that will allow you to create a new password.

HOW TO PURCHASE ON KYO?

Shopping on KYO is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Visit www.kyoappliances.com and browse through the wide collection at our store. You can use the categories filter and search engine at the top of the webpage to find what you are looking for quickly.
  2. Once you find your favorite items, add them to the shopping basket/ cart. Click on the shopping basket, to proceed with checkout., and type in the address where you want your items to be delivered. 
  3. Choose a payment method and click on ‘Confirm payment’. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation note/email from KYO.

You can make payment via debit/credit card. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

At KYO, the security of your online purchases is fundamental to us, hence, all transactions are performed through secure payment gateways. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.

We have GeoTrust SSL certificates and the safety certificates for online transactions: Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.

MY KYO ORDERS

You can check the status of your order at any time under the “My Account” section. We will update you via email when your order is out for delivery from our warehouse.

You have upto 7 days from receiving your order to exchange your item or request a refund. It’s very simple! Just follow the 3 steps below:

  1. Fill in the KYO Exchange/ Return Form.
  2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review Exchange/ Return eligibility.
  3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the following address:

 We recommend that you send the items by registered mail.

Note

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them; we only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags,  packaging, and receipts/or proof of purchase
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to provide a replacement, or reimburse for the returned items via applicable mode.

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website.

If you change your mind, you can return your items once you have received your order. For more information, consult the Exchanges and Returns section.

There are times when we’ll offer promo codes for discounts on KYO. If you have a valid code, you can apply at the checkout page by doing the following:

  • Click on the “PROMO CODE” tab  under “My Order”.
  • Enter the promo code and select “APPLY.”
  • If the promo code you entered is valid, we’ll immediately apply the discount to your order total and show you the updated amount.

Note: Promo codes can’t be clubbed together; only one promotional code may be used per purchase.

When placing your order, you can enter either your home or office address, and we’ll deliver your products at the selected location.

The delivery charge will vary according to the order value, as displayed at checkout.

Check  whether we have sent you an email informing you that one or more of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund the corresponding amount paid for the undelivered items, and cover the delivery expense

If you have not received any email, contact our customer service and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

If you have received an item which is defective or different from the one purchased, we will refund the full paid price of the item and cover the delivery expense, as soon as we receive your returned items at our office and inspect their condition.

To process the return,

  1. Drop us an email atinfo@kyoappliances.com with the subject “Return Request – Your Order Number”, to process your returns/exchanges. Please include your Name, Contact Number and Reasons for Returning in the email.
  2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review return eligibility.
  3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the following address:

No, including an item in the shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some high-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase, despite being available at the time you added them to the shopping basket. KYO DELIVERY

Enter your home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.

The delivery charge will vary according to your order:

All orders are delivered by our delivery agent, and delivery is only available from Monday to Saturday.

You can check the status of your order at any time in “My Orders” in the My account section. We will update you via email when your order leaves our warehouse

Delivery charges are displayed at the checkout page in your payment breakdown. Certain products are eligible for free delivery.

If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your email as it is likely that you have received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse and is out for delivery.

Remember you can check the status of your order at any time under “my orders” in the ‘My Account’ section.

However, during sales and promotions, deliveries might take longer than usual.

If you have received an item which is defective or different from what you ordered, we will refund the full price of the item and cover the delivery expense, as soon as we receive your returned items at our office and inspect the condition of the items.
